LUKE 24:1-2 The women made their way to the tomb expecting defeat. HOPELESS.
In previous chapter, LUKE 23:49, these women had watched the death
Hopelessness is when the plans get ripped away,
LUKE 24:3-4a CONFUSED. confusion is when you no longer even have a plan.
LUKE 24:4-5 FEARFUL Fear is feeling like everything coming at your plans is a threat.
LUKE 24:6-11 DOUBTFUL. Doubt is when you think God’s promises will never happen.
LUKE 24:12 AMAZED!
NOTHING PUSHES BACK HOPELESSNESS, CONFUSION, FEAR, AND DOUBT MORE THAN BEING AMAZED AT THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS.
