Haggai 2:10-14

Holiness isn’t contagious; we don’t receive righteousness by nearness. 

Being right with God is a matter of internal TRANSFORMATION not external proximity. 

Holiness is not transferable, but unholiness is.

Sin causes spiritual death, and no amount of effort can improve that condition.

Grace is Grace not because of our behavior, but because of God‘s character
